The laptop came in two days. It was packaged really well. Upon opening it and setting it up, I checked all the specs to make sure it was the right one and it was. Everything looks great. The laptop itself is sleek and sturdy with its aluminum top and bottom. I had to update the driver on the fingerprint scanner once for it to work but it was not hard and to be expected that drivers would need updating. So far I love it. The warranty still has 8 months left with the option to upgrade. I’m excited to use it each time. My old laptop does not compare. ... show more

I'll start with the bad stuff first. Two days after my return window closed, the charger for this laptop stopped working. I was worried it was the computer's hardware, but after some testing, I bought a new charger for $50. Other points - the battery life could be better on the base battery. I get 4 hours on a charge. Also, be aware of the screen brightness. The screen is very hard to read in high-light environments. See if you can get the upgraded screen. It's worth the extra money for a higher resolution and max brightness. That said, I use this laptop for legal work that requires a lot of screen real estate and RAM for multitasking. I also do light gaming; this laptop has been a champ. Make sure to allocate RAM to graphics. I still saved money over other laptops because this is an excellent power-for-cash value. Just be aware that the build quality of the accessories may not be up to par with that of other manufacturers. Cheers. ... show more

Overall, this laptop is a good deal at a good price, but I ran into issues after buying 12 of them. First off, we reimaged all of the laptops with a fresh copy of Windows 11. Every single one of them wanted a windows installation key. We had to use our volume license key to activate them. This laptop should have come with a digital embedded key. Second, several users run meetings off of the laptop. The mic volume is so low, it makes them almost unusable without an external microphone plugged in. This might be the deal breaker for me. I tried all sorts of drivers and boosted the mic volume with special software to get them usable. As others have stated in their reviews, these laptops are from India.
