This band was given to me for Christmas last year. When I was trying to adjust the length the connection to the watch itself came off and was unable to be fixed. I emailed the company and received a response right away. After sending a picture they are replacing the band. It has a 2 year warranty that they stand by. Like the design and I like that it came with an entire tool to remove the links. The only thing is that it came in darker. You don’t see the design quite as well because of that. But it’s still very pretty.

It’s beautiful and comfortable. I had to take some of the links off to make it fit and it was so easy. The little tool it came with made it so easy. The packaging was nice to I’ll probably purchase a few other colors as well.
