Had this for about 5 months. Wont connect to the app. Date and time are wrong. Tried resetting now the date and time are months off. Im not really sure why it has the “functions” it does. Theres only one button and the screen doesnt stay on long enough to actually do any of its “functions” If I were able to give it negative stars I would. This is a trash product and not worth the time or money you would be wasting on it. ... show more

I bought this for my daughter. She has been wanting an iWatch but she has an Android phone and I didn't want to spend that much on a watch. I bought this because it looks similar to an iWatch. She LOVES it! She was so excited. It only took her a few minutes to set it up. Initially she was confused because the units were in metric, but she was able to change those settings. I have not seen her take it off since she got except when she is doing something that might cause her to hit it. ... show more

I wore the bracelet ONE DAY. This morning the screen is froze, it won't sync to my phone. I can't get it to do anything....super disappointed. Can't find a way to contact the company to get assistance

I used this device to track my health habits for work.. This relationship lasted a month.. which is pretty good! It tracked my sleep steps n Blood pressure which was pretty accurate!.. on the other hand. I did not like the way the charger works and to turn it back on is very frustrating.. Anyway I turned it off by accident and it never came back on. I checked the app n the battery was half full but would not come back on!... If they change the charging unit and actually put an on/off button it could be great! ... show more

My daughter bought this watch and it only lasted 4 months before the charger clip broke and the watch no longer takes a charge. she purchased the 2 yr. protection plan and we have tried repeatedly to file a claim. everytime we try to check on our claim, there are no open claims. This has been very frustrating and I have a very dissappointed 14 yr. old who's out the cost of the watch and a protection plan that seems to have been a complete waste. ... show more

I am so sorry that I tossed the wrappings etc., or I would send this back. It does NOT work at all. Even after charging it. It's dead as a doornail. I do NOT recommend this at all If I could return it, I would.

    • Sync issues and poor apps
Battery on lasted a few days. Didn’t send activity to the app first week trying it and now doesn’t even display correct date. Waiting for response as I want a refund. The apps are not reliable that work with this watch.
