The advertisement says that this kennel was heaver duty what a joke. The material that this kennel was made of is very weak you can bend it with your hands. The latch as well as the fencing was made of alumina. This kennel isn't safe to keep your pet in if your goal is to protect your pets from other animals. The top did not reach to the other side of the pen. I paid someone to put it together for me a additional $100.00 and when I saw the final produce it took my breath away I could not believe that someone would sell such a produce like this. ... show more

    • Some minor mismanufacturing of parts but I was able to make it work.
Holes drilled on wrong side of a t piece but I was able to drill the correct hole and make it work. No biggie

    • Not heavy duty
Got the “heavy duty” kennel and put my puppy in it, less than an hour in it, it has broke out. Fixed that, next day broke out again. Puppy got out 3 different times, 3 different ways in less than 48 hours before I gave up on this kennel

I have a 3 year old shepherd and a 1 year old pit, I have had the cage up for almost a week now, they broke out day 4 and every time they go in within seconds there out… smh

This pen is cute and serves its purpose. The quality is a little cheap. My problem was no instructions, no packing list and the video is for a different pen. You have to guess to put it together.
