There is nothing to dislike about this set. I was hesitant because it was pricey, but the work and design that has gone into this set is incredible. I am in my late 80's and found this to be extremely delightful to build and enjoy the beauty of the design. With over 2300 pieces, I was missing one piece at the end of the build, but was able to create it with the extra pieces that accumulated. I highly recommend this set for anyone who would like to relax and build a work of art. So happy Lego is being made for adults. I know there are less expensive sets available by other manufacturers of this build, but I highly recommend the original Lego, it is sturdy and beautiful. Looks stunning when completed, although the background isn’t the most interesting thing to build, because is just stacking 1x4 thin plates over and over again. But the creativity on the shapes used for the rest is well worth the effort.

Such an awesome Lego set, if you’re like me and want this done in one day, it’s definitely possible, just throw on some movies and zone into building! I bought a lighting kit for this as well and now it sits above my coffee machine. The book was pretty easy to follow but be prepared to have some patience when it comes to the sky background, this took the longest but now that it’s done I would absolutely do it again! I purchased this Van Gogh set for my husbands birthday gift because that’s his favorite artist. It is pricey and a bit smaller than I expected. The quality is great and sturdy. I do think it’s worth the price if you’re a VG lover. I think it’s such a unique gift idea and piece to have. We put it together and enjoyed some wine, it was a lot of fun! This is great for a little at home date night/quality time. The piece is beautiful, gorgeous colors just as you’d expect. My favorite thing is that you can actually hang it on the wall once it’s completed, which I had no idea when I first bought it! I highly recommend for all the VG fans out there. ... show more
