I loved building this set, it was super fun. During the build, it's a but breakable, but once you complete the set, it's very sturdy. It has 13 bags total, and comes with 3 minifigures, 1 of which is an exclusive (the joker), as well as batman and Lawrence the goon. If you're a Lego Batman fan, I can't recommend this set enough! It's definitely pricey but worth it. Definitely not meant for toddlers, but I would say anyone above age 12 could enjoy building this set with their parental or guardian figures. Firstly when the box arrived the next day, I couldn’t believe how big the box was. Which made this build that much better knowing I getting a large scale model at the end. It’s a 18+ build for sure with a TON of detail, so take your time not to miss a step. It’s very satisfying when it’s complete and looks bad ass on the wall. Mounts very easy takes 2 minutes. Absolutely a bargain at $200. This is a Star Wars UCS level set in size and detail. Really fun and creative build but be warned- this is definitely an 18+ model. The amount of strength needed to push some of the larger plates flat is not something a kid could manage. Plus it’s absolutely MASSIVE which is a huge plus for me but makes it a display piece only. This isn’t something you could pick up and play with. Pretty cool that there’s a built-in wall mount bracket for hanging. You’ll need extra hardware (an anchor) if hanging from drywall, though. Anyone who is a Batman and LEGO fan will love this. Just make sure you have lots of room to display it in an area where you won’t accidentally knock it over! ... show more

I’ll just say after my wife got me the Lego Batmobile from the new movie, I was hooked. Put that one together in about 5 days given the time I had and I was on the hunt for the 1989 Batmobile but that thing is just hard to come by because it’s so awesome so I hope to get one soon, so I decided to get the Batwing in the mean time and I’ll just say, this thing turned out bigger than I thought and I’m now complaining because that made it look even better! It’s a great buy for Batman or Lego fans and just so fun. I personally think I’ll stop once I get the 1989 Batmobile but we’ll see. Til then have fun! ... show more

The initial package had to be returned because the damaged box was missing pieces. The second pristine box had all the parts and I was off to the races. This was such a fun build. I love the Easter eggs hidden inside. I would rate this 6 out of 10 for difficulty. The long of the short… I would buy this if you’re into Batman. It’s pretty big. I can’t fit it in my display case. I am more of a Marvel fan, but decided to put together the bat single to complete my Batman collection. It took me a few hours, but it was a ton of fun!!!! The structure is incredibly sturdy, no pieces were missing, and the piece is massive! Definitely worth every penny!

First LEGO I've put together in years. Very nice manual, no missing parts (few extras), and it is a display piece! Was originally going to wall mount it but prefer to see everything, so it's now sitting on a top shelf of a bookcase. It overhangs ~8" and looks really nice like that. Those curved wings take a little more time but look perfect in the end. Not sure if it was because it was released in FEB, but there are two pink heart pieces used to secure a part of it together...won't say where or show pictures. You have to buy it! ... show more
