When he first unboxed it, his face fell because the pieces were so very tiny. He complained, "It's going to take an hour to make this." But he was wrong. Once he got started, he stuck with it until he completed a T-rex with an articulating jaw and tail. It did take him about 35 minutes, but he really enjoyed the challenge once he got started and he loved playing with the completed toy. Oh, and he did it by himself with no adult intervention at all.
