UPDATE - after I submitted my review customer support reached out to me - after several attempts to try to video chat (due to time difference) and continued issues they replaced my sign. Annie (customer support) was very patient and persistent to try to resolve the issue. I was pleased with the signs when I initially purchased them, customer service has been good as well. There is only one other item that I have an issue with and it when you try to download a picture. I am not sure if there is something that I am not doing during the process but when I try to download a picture it does not show in color - just black and white. Maybe someone else who has ordered these and was successful in programming them could provide me with feedback. Do you have to do panel setup for each "program" or am I missing something else. Otherwise these are great signs. I will also add that the new instruction booklet included how to possibly program via an app and your cellphone, however the pictures and instructions are small and not fully descriptive as to the steps. Not sure if I will try programming that way. The signs are great but I feel they need to focus on the User's Manual. I purchased two of these signs for our restaurant in April of 2023. Even though the instruction booklet can be a little difficult to follow, I was able to program them. Shortly after purchasing and installing them, one of the signs started to malfunction. When you turn it on, as you can see in the picture the programming does not come up. After some time of being on, if you turn it off and turn it back on sometimes the programming will display. I have tried to contact the seller which is difficult due to the time change and language. I have reviewed all of the troubleshooting instructions in the book and on the usb drive and cannot find the fix. At first we were thrilled with them, but to pay what I did for them and it to not work properly is very frustrating. The one sign works perfectly and is bright and my customers have commented on them, but I hate the thought of having to replace one at my expense when it seems as though it is a defect in manufacturing is not pleasing. Hence the reason for my ratings. If they would both be functioning properly and I was able to possibly fix the issue with the assistance of customer service my ratings would be higher. I will say that the picture on Amazon for this product is far better than when you load a picture but overall for the price a good value. Had the signs for a year now and they work pretty good for their purpose. They’re pretty easy and simple to set up once you know all the functions and settings. One of them had power supply problems so the company rep was able to help out and send new ones. It took some time to get the items but overall they helped out and everything is working great. ... show more

5/21/20--Fairly easy set up, even with the translated instructions. Worked great for 3 days. I changed the message every morning, and all was well. Sign was bright and colorful, easy to read, but on 5/24/20 by afternoon the sign had frozen with only digital gibberish showing. I unplugged, plugged back in, sign was fine for about 5 minutes, scrolling through the messages, but then did the same thing... frozen gibberish. Tried unplugging, waiting a minute and plugging back in but wouldn't work at all. 5/25/20--So much for displaying a Memorial Day message in honor of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. Needless to say, I'll be returning this for a full refund. ... show more

I WAS UNSURE ABOUT THIS DUE TO THE LIMITED NUMBER OF REVIEWS. IT SEEMED TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE...COLOR LED SIGN...in the $200 range....must be something wrong. NOPE...just a great deal. Yes...Chinese Product...Yes...Vague Instructions. BUT once I figured out the App - Awesome. The animated graphics are less than stellar...I do not like them. BUT the color is vivid...excellent readability. This is a DEAL if you are looking for All Weather encased...WIFI controlled...color signage. I am very pleased. I like having it hanging outside, and being able to connect from my cell phone, then seeing the live changes as I make them. I have only had it through one rain, but it still works...I will change my review if my opinion changes, or I start having quality problems prematurely. Easy to use - I rate the product instructions three stars because the instructions are pretty much zero help...but the app is moderately easy trial and error. The overall rating 5 stars because of the value. *I purchased the 39" color outdoor sign for reference. UPDATE: I have had the product now for 3 months outside....hanging on the wall three feet under the eaves. Several rains and freezing temps....no issues. Power outages and it starts right back up when power returned. Sign still works like new. ... show more

Works OK so far, but with limited features because there are so many that I can't figure out how to use. The "user manual" is written by someone who does not fully understand the English language and it is therefore incomprehensible. The sign is advertised as wi-fi compatible, and also has a network connector, but the instructions on how to connect it are incomprehensible, with broken English and images that are so pixelated and mushy one cannot know what the are depicting. There are many settings to tweak for each of the programs you can create, but no explanation of what each setting does. Contact options include overseas phone numbers and an email address that no one answers. It might be a good product, but who can tell? Support is non-existent. Avoid this unit. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I had a issue with the software not working correctly. Anne was able to fix me up remotely and showed me a few tricks to make my signage look even better. IGNORE THE LINES IN THE PICS AND VID, my phone is cheap and this is the best it can record. The picture is clear and bright. Even in direct sun it is clearly visible and in lower light and dark, it is BRIGHT. Just what I was looking for. I might buy another one. ... show more
