    • ONE Letter Off!!! Ruined.
When the item arrived, I checked to see if all the letters were there as i had read some reviews about missing letters. All of the letters were there so I thought we would be good to go! Little did I know you had to also check to ensure each letter was capable of being blown up! When I went to the party to decorate all my letters but the ‘S’ were capable of being blown up. the ‘S’ did not have the hole for the straw anywhere. Impossible to create the word Fiesta without an S! Oh well, I guess you get what you pay for! ... show more

I’m very disappointed when I got this ballon.This is very small in size . I thought it would be bigger as shown in pictures. I ordered this for my daughter’s princess birthday party and it is delivered the day before birthday party so I couldn’t get chance to buy another balloon. Could not get the helium stem into the balloons. Could only use 2 balloons and that was a nightmare trying to get the air into them. Tore one ballon trying to get the end open... was ruined so we struggled with 2 more!
