Really easy to open packaging, and easy to read directions. The cleaner itself isn’t super duper sticky and has a nice smell to it. It dries pretty quick for leather cleaner and leaves the leather feeling really nice.

I used this product to clean our leather couches. It was a little sticky at first, but when the product dries, the leather looks shiny and rejuvenated. There were no directions on the bottle, it says to scan the QR code to watch how to use it. (The conditioner had directions on the bottle.) It did seem to work well and if the directions were printed on the bottle, I would have given a higher rating.
