You will see the high level of nutrition in the product. It is loaded with vegetables, fruit and protein. It provides the perfect healthy meal replacement. Lean 1 is a great value. I buy the 5 lb. bag. The cost per serving is less than $1.60. Vanilla is my favorite flavor, but I always have chocolate on hand. Try different items to mix with it. I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk instead of water. It adds only 30 calories, and improves on an already great flavor. Use different frozen fruits. This is by far the best shake powder in all ways possible. I am a real person, this is a real review. I originally got my Lean1 drinks from the local Smoothie King store, but now I buy online. And the fact that they offer a bulk bag for a good price, simply awesome! The vanilla is, by far, their best flavor. This stuff really kills your appetite, which means you can do breakfast+lunch on shakes, then eat dinner & lose weight. I have lost 53 lbs using this stuff. Love the taste. This is a great meal replacement. I have a shake almost everyday for breakfast and always feel full for several hours afterwards. Many days I don't even get hungry before lunch and end up eating a small. Lean1 had helped me to let my calorie intake which had resulted in a 25 lb loss

I have been using this product for a few months now. I started researching it after realizing that Smoothie King puts it in some of their smoothies. The vanilla flavor is great. I have also tried chocolate and birthday cake, but I didn't really care for either. There is also no need to add any sweetener when using this product. I bag would not reseal. I love the taste of lean1 and it mixes up so well without clumps. I use almond milk and fruit for meal replacement. I would recommend this product.

I have tried a few different meal replacements and this is my favorite. The 5 pound bag is the best value if you're going to have it every day. I have it 2x a day and have lost around 15 pounds in 3 months. I have tried the vanilla & the birthday cake and love both flavors. I mix mine with vanilla almond milk, flaxseed & ice, sometimes I add dark frozen cherries or pumpkin & cinnamon. Some reviews mentioned having a hard time closing the zip bag, I had that problem at first too. The powder gets stuck inside the zip, but I just use my nail or the tip of a safety pin and slide it across the inside of the zip until the powder falls out and the bag will close tight after that. ... show more
