The media could not be loaded. Was exactly what I was looking for. I run a 318, 4 barrel carb, headers, 3” straightpipe with just this muffler, took the rattle and pop out, dropped overall volume by 15% and lowered the tone by ALOT. Love it!

    • Placement is Key to the tone you want.

The media could not be loaded. The closer to the tips the farther back the resonance will be. The closer to the engine the closer the the in cab resonance will be. I placed mine where the factory muffler was. If I had 2 I would have placed them both towards the tips for the DEEPER tone. Even if you run one at the tip it will be deeper than what I have in the video. The videos are with cats. No cam. W/ manifolds. ... show more

Looks well built and is nicely polished but it did nothing for sound level and really sound overall. Before I had a slight bumble we'll call it at 15-25mph that is gone now but otherwise my exhaust sound didnt change much. I bought the 16" resonators and they quieted down the tinny raspy sound of my straight pipes on my 01 2500hd still has the nice deep tones but without the roaring rarring sounds
