I washed them and put right on the bed out of the dryer. They look nice, little bit wrinkled but not terrible. They are not as soft as I was expecting them to be considering they are 100% cotton. I'm hoping a few washings will soften them a bit more. I usually buy according to the thread count. I didn't see a thread count on the package, dont know how I forgot to take that important detail into consideration. ... show more

Horrible sheets! The description is totally misleading as these sheets are anything but silky smooth or having a sheen! In fact, nowhere on the packaging does it even state that these have a sateen weave!? I immediately laundered them and discovered they wrinkled easily! The finish is rough and scratchy! I used to buy Laura Ashley bedding, which I loved, and realized these must be fakes! Read the other reviews....and then look for something else! ... show more

I have 2 other pair of Laura Ashley sheets that I just love, hence the purchase of these. These sheets are horrible! It literally feels like my skin is being pricked they are so rough. I washed them prior to use as I would with any sheet and it didn’t help. Soooo disappointed!
