The fit is very good and, they are so light. These shoes weigh almost half as much compared to my last pair of steel toed slip on shoes. The way these particular shoes are tied is so simple and effective. I was skeptical when I first ordered them but now, I'm ordering a second pair🙂

Great shoe so far (1 week in). I work as a supervisor in a warehouse that requires steel toes. This was a perfect alternative to my bulky boots in the hotter months here in Texas. They have the Hey Dude look and are just as comfortable. Only reason it gets 4 out of 5 stars, the product fits a little loosely (I didn't order wide's either) and runs about a half size too big. These shoes are so comfy. They are spongy when walking or standing. The best part is the padding where the steel toe is to protect ur toes from rubbing. So I don’t get blisters or calluses. They are so cheap. However only thing is worry about is the sole, it wears down quick which will cause tread to be bald. So not sure if that will cause a slip. Either way these were cheap and great quality. In over a month and still love these. Only thing I changed was the insoles. I previously had gotten insoles that support my pressure points of foot on how I walk. So maybe that helped as well. So I cannot say how comfy these shoes are with the original soles. Also I did not like the strings that came with the shoes, since I’m female I had to get men sized shoes. So they were a little loose fitting. I wear a women’s 9, I got men’s 8. So I got my own tieless show strings, that way I a. Able to tighten. Because of they are loose while walking ur feet will keep coming out of the shoe as u walk. So I would recommend getting some strings to tighten. ... show more

I bought these because I spend about 30% to 40% of my day on the manufacturing floor. They are easy to slip on and off, extremely comfortable, and meet the required safety standards. Immediatley knew these were going to be comfortable, and after the first day, they are very comfy on feet, while being on them all day. As for durability, I dont expect a ton, but with the price I will buy multiple pairs. I have diabtetes and my feet hurt all the time. These offer the comfort and safety I need all day long. 1 month update: the shoes are still together! And I use the heck out of them. I will say; they are a bit loose around the ankle area, I need to wear a second pair of socks to keep them snug. Next time, I will get half a size smaller. Also, the wide is really wide. I got these shoes to wear to work, and have been very pleased with them. They have been comfortable, the steel toe has been convenient, and they are very light weight. Unfortunately, about 10 days ago the string on the left shoe snapped so that shoe is now very lose. Would love to replace the string somehow.
