Great buy but they are not made for the long haul. Walking across grease and water and they don't even budge but after a few hours, your feet start aching because they are just not made to be worn all day. I had more comfortable slip resistant shoes from Wal-Mart. They don't always have the look I want but they are truly non slip and i'm not walking on the side of my feet by the end of the night. ... show more

I work in a restaurant 45 hours a week, doing floors often and the biggest issue with most work shoes is the claim of being waterproof/resistant with nothing to back it. Granted it was only my first day but I’m impressed, feet stayed dry as could be and were actually very comfortable for the break in period. These shoes look alright, and can be worn for running errands after work without too much problem. They are moderately rain and spill proof. They are not uncomfortable, and almost comfortable when you put in some nicer insoles. The down sides: They don't breathe at all. After a long day, my feet are pruney and need some fresh air. The toe box is kinda small, and I've developed corns on each of my 2 littlest toes from where the shoes constrict them. And the deal-breaker: they are falling apart after 3 months of normal kitchen use. I'm not even in restaurants anymore, so I don't wear down shoes nearly as bad as I used to. I don't wear these out in the rain, don't get them covered in cleaning chemicals, and don't wear them on my days off. Yet, after 3 months, they are falling apart where the uppera meet the toe of the outsoles. So, they are no longer spill proof. They no longer look decent. And they breath too well because you can see the toe of my socks with every step I take. ... show more

Tonight was the first time to go to work in these shoes. I was on my feet for 10 hours and my feet didn’t hurt at all during my shift or after work. So far I think these shoes are a good choice for comfort and easy to clean.

I originally got the wrong size but I believe that was my own fault bc idk my shoes sizes really well. I got the correct size now and it’s much better. Definitely non slip and good for working in a kitchen. Now my feet do hurt after like 4ish hours, but I’ve heard people say they just added inserts. I might do that someday. They’re very easy to put on, good for when you’re running late- I started to wear these over my normal sneakers just bc of the ease. They also look pretty good, got a couple compliments/questions in the kitchen about it :) ... show more
