I ordered 3 of these, 2 for Christmas gifts and one for myself. The one I opened never would heat so I returned. I checked the other two and they were working so I purchased another brand after the return to replace the gift and kept one of the other two for myself. After 2 weeks it will no longer heat. I love this towel warmer! It came really well packaged. The warmer fits a couple of towels comfortably. It takes bout 25 mins for the towels to get hot but if you want just warm, it’s only about 10 mins. Once you turn the warmer on there’s a lcd screen for you to pick the temp and you can also set 24 hrs l. I haven’t tested that function yet cause I don’t think it should be kept plugged in constantly. I wish the temp was on the lid but honestly it works really well and heats super quick so I’m going to keep it! Looking forward to when it gets even colder to use the warmer for my clothes too! ... show more
