I purchased this towel warmer for my business. My clientele has enjoyed the extra detail of a warm towel. Would like to have a longer timer to run it. The longest option is 4 hour. I just have to turn it on twice in an eight hour work day. Towels warm up quick. I can fill it full and it works great.

I enjoyed my towel warmer up until May. I shower extremely early in the AM to go to work. My showers are no later than 4AM. So as you may imagine 4am it's still a bit cold. So my warm towel hit the spot, motivate me to get ready. Great buy for me

    • Works great but doesn't auto shut off
I've really enjoyed having a nice hot towel each morning. Added this to an automation routine (does not have this feature native). I have this come on a half hour before my shower in the morning, takes 30+ minutes to fully warm a large towel all the way through. Only complaint is my unit's Auto Shut Off does not work (shows it defaults to 30 minutes when turned on), the unit has stayed on for hours worrying me about the safety of this towel warmer. Also be aware it gets very hot on the inside, this lead a family member to get a bad burn on their wrist when they were reaching in/ out of the unit and got bumped. Overall I do recommend this unit but wanted others to know of a few concerns. ... show more

I bought this for my baby in the winter so he wraps into a warm towel, but you’re better off using the dryer it’s Not fast you get a decent warm towel in 30 minutes + directions say to wait longer for a hot towel so I put it in for 2 hours and it was cold. It does not work 👎🏻 I wanted something fast & effective but you’re better off using the dryer. I really had my hopes in this and gave it 5 tries just in case it was just me being picky but no, do not recommend not $80 worth ... show more

This thing is amazing! I was hesitant because you never know if it will be a waste of money but this is by far the best self care purchase I have ever made. I turn it on before my shower and it is warm by the end. I take showers on the longer side, 20-30 minutes, my husband takes short showers, 8 minutes, and said it wasn’t as warm for him when he tried it. I personally think the temperature of the towel is perfect and it stays that temperature the perfect length of time for me.
