Nothing hand on it nicely like in the photo it just looks like you grandpa's 4xl short you cut holes in. My husband thinks it's great on me. It isnt quite as pictured, and it ended up being better. Instead of tank top style straps, it was more like a t-shirt with the shoulders cut out. It's appropriate for work. I ordered it in black as well and it came as pictured. I love it, and it's perfect for wearing to chemo treatments because it doesn't cover my port.
