I like how it completely protects the phone. No water or anything has gotten in. Biggest issue is the thumb print scanner doesn't work. I even tired to replace the sticker and it still didn't work.

Case came in fine no defects, it fits perfectly on my base model S21, the case is a little thick so if you got tight pockets it may be uncomfortable for you. The fingerprint scanner works well, what I did was first remove/delete your fingerprint data, remove any screen protector you have as it won't work with the case, wipe clean the phone screen with provided wipes, removed the tag on the INSIDE (don't touch it with ur fingers! Just the paper tag), snapped the case in, removed the film thats on the outside, pressed firmly on the circle fingerprint on the outside to remove any air bubbles as best you can (also came with a little squeegee to help push out the air bubbles) and redid the fingerprint scanner settings on my phone. Audio is clear no muffle sounds, the only thing I can see being issue down the road is the charging port cover. You need a little muscle and finger grip to pull open the cover and I can see that tearing/wearing out in the future but other than that im satisfied with the case. ... show more

Quality of case is outstanding compared to an Otter case. Side buttons are high quality. And it will allow your phone to operate under water as long as you install the case CORRECTLY! No moister got into mine. Works great.

Absolute junk, I bought this phone case and put it on 2 days ago, and I dropped my phone for the first time with this phone case hoping nothing would happen, well, I was holding it in my hand so maybe 4 feet? And I went to pick it up and out of all the times my phone has dropped when my old case not a scratch, first time I dropped my phone with this case, it cracks the camera lens so yeah I'm not happy, and do you think this company will pay for replacement of the cracked camera lens because of this non-protecting phone box? Probably not Probably not, I do not recommend this product whatsoever. ... show more

    • Outstanding Protection, poor fingerprint reader solution

Case protection is outstanding!. Water resistant testing passed. The USB C Port cannot accommodate thick plugs, seek a small to medium USB C head to use. Wireless charging not hampered at all. 3 Stars as the fingerprint doublestick solution causes too many read failures. The round double stick disc comes pre-installed on the front side, merley take off the bottom sticker layer. There are no instructions and I used several of the included extra discs before I got it right. The double stick disc is necessary to read a fingerprint transfer. Without it, the fingerprint sensor will not respond. However the remaining touchscreen functions still work, I finally cut out the front clear plastic protective cover to expose the front of the phone, No more fingerprint read failures and the phone touchscreen response is also faster as Samsung intended. Unfortunately, making this modification compromised the water and dust resistance but the impact protection remains strong, Samsung should have kept a separate backside fingerprint sensor on the S21 as putting it under the front glass causes protective front case cover problems. Samsung also got rid of the heart rate/oxygen sensor and due to this downgrade, you now have to get the Samsung watch to make it available again. Grrr... ... show more

Can't quite take a picture of the fraying strap since it's attached to the phone case but after about 6 months of use the strap has frayed down the the clear plastic. Case is still fantastic, it's certainly protected my phone, but I'm worried about the day the strap breaks and my phone goes flying (or sinking) somewhere. Presently looking for replacement straps I can attach to this durable case. ... show more
