I'm a whitewater kayaker. I love having this case so I can get photos while I'm on the river! I've only had this case for about a month, but it's waterproof as advertised. I had one for my old phone (a Pixel 4a 5g) and it lasted through at least 6 months of use 1-3 times a week including being fully submerged and dragged through rivers many times. Fingerprint scanning doesn't always work, but the touch screen generally is fine. Buttons are easy to access. I don't make calls with this case on so I can't speak to that. Note the case doesn't float, so you'll want to attach a floaty wrist strap. I also like having a Pop Socket on it to help hold my phone when it's wet. ... show more

I bought this because my toddler likes to throw people their items instead of handing them and I've replaced my phone twice because of this. When the case arrived it seemed like it would be absolutely wonderful. Great material, very clear instructions, amazing seal all the way around. However, I've had the case on my phone for just under 1 month. Since having it on, my phone has refused to charge 6-7 different times for 5+ hours each time due to "debris or liquid" being detected. This was never an issue prior to the case, I didn't even know my phone had a sensor for that. I will say it has been EXTREMELY humid where I live for the last few weeks as well so there is a small possibility the liquid is condensation on the charger being introduced to the port when I plug it in. I've never had that issue before having the case though. I removed the case for the last 4 days and it has not had the charging issue but I have no definitive way of knowing so I thought I would share my experience for others to be aware of. Despite this issue, I have not found a better, more durable case anywhere and for only $20ish I think it's worth the risk. ... show more

I bought this case because I have had luck with this brand in the past and needed a waterproof case for a vacation. I tested it, had no issues. Took it on vacation. Couldn't barely use my phone because it was so difficult to touch anything and actually work. I would have to really work at anything to do anything on my phone. Then I took it in the water, and guess what... Water got in the case. Thankfully my phone is water resistant but had to be super careful to prevent too much water from destroying my phone. When I took the case off my phone, it also chipped the back camera. The phone has not been dropped or been used in any rough manner. I will never buy a case from y'all again. So disappointed! I was really looking forward to amazing underwater shots from my vacation that I don't have now. Do not recommend!! ... show more
