I had to wear extremely high heels and it was still dragging but it looked so good it didn’t bother me. I am a size M so thats what I ordered. The quality is amazing for $50. I was so happy with this dress! I have gained a few pounds over the last couple of years and was feeling pretty overwhelmed by the prospect of fitting into a wedding dress and actually being happy with how i look. After reading reviews I took a chance on this one. Husband and I eloped in Maui just the two of us. I didn’t want to spend a ton since our trip was so expensive and needed something that wouldn’t wrinkle in the suitcase. This dress fit the bill! I did wear a shaper body suit to smooth out some lumps and bumps. This dress is stretchy and hugged every curve! I love how sexy yet modest it is. I’ve received so many compliments! Everyone is blown away by my $50 Amazon wedding gown! For reference, I am 5’3”, 215 lbs, hourglass figure, 40 DDD. I ordered xxl and it was perfect. I probably could have sized down to xl. Able to slip dress over my head without using zipper. Dress did drag the ground as I wore flat sandals. I had to hold it up so it wouldn’t drag in the parking lot but I didn’t mind. This dress could not have been more perfect for our elopement nuptials. It is sassy, classy, sweet, and sexy at the same time. And the details on this thing are so intricate and beautiful! I have gotten and am still receiving SO many compliments on this dress! My measurements are 41-35-45, 186 pounds, and the Large fit perfectly. The dress has very good stretch, so it should work if you’re a bit bigger than I am. I actually ordered the XL too, just in case, and it did fit okay, but it didn’t hug my curves the way the Large does. The zipper did hang just a little in the back, but it was not enough to detract from the rest of the look. I added a silver and rhinestone brooch to the waistline, also purchased on Amazon. I didn’t want a whole sash because I don’t favor the look of the tied back, and the only brooch I loved had a weak pin, so I sewed it to the dress, and it worked out great. This dress is so easy as well as beautiful. I just pulled it on without even unzipping it, although I was careful about the sleeves. I didn’t want the ordeal of stretching and struggling to get the zipper up, mainly because my arms are a bit big, and I didn’t want to risk tearing it while stretching. I did use a shaper underneath. The dress material is not very thick, so if a shaper is used, you have to make sure it fits your body almost perfectly so that it doesn’t make the dress look misshapen. I used one from David’s Bridal, also purchased via Amazon. I had bought three other expensive dresses for when we were planning a big wedding, and I had actually chosen this one as a reception dress. Before we canceled the big wedding, I was seriously considering this as my main ceremony dress because I loved it that much. I will STILL wear this as my reception dress when we have that. I’ll probably post more pics lol. This was my dream dress, and I still can’t believe my dream dress was less than $40. Would recommend to anyone, whether on a budget or not. I can’t wait to wear this dress again at our reception, and it’s even budget-friendly enough to buy another one if the sidewalk dirt doesn’t come out. Forgot to mention, my husband LOVED me in this dress too, which meant a lot to me. Not a single complaint. Absolutely love it! ... show more

This dress was alright for fast fashion but you get what you pay for. The material had an oily texture & odor to it. It fit well except for the neckline has some elastic on that edge to stabilize the lace & it puckered weird on me leaving the top looking ill fitting & cheap. The lace makes this dress not cleanable at home. Maybe it could have been dry cleaned but I wouldn’t know. There were no care tags inside the garment at all. Would it have worked for a formal event? If it fit well, then yes you could wear it to a formal event in a pinch. It’s not going to suffice as a wedding dress or something like that. It looks nice but it’s definitely also looks cheap. I don’t think you should expect to get more than one or two wears out of it. The lace doesn’t seem very durable. If you need a $50 dress in a hurry, this one’s just ok. ... show more

The dress lays beautifully and is fully lace with a light undergarment. Very breathable on a hot day like on my wedding day. The color is bright white and zips in the back. Very easy to get in and out of. Fit perfectly- I am a size 12. I would recommend this dress for anyone on a budget who wants to feel beautiful on their special day.
