My regular coffee w/cream habit had started to give my 47yr old stomach trouble this last year. I have always used a popular, non dairy, vanilla liquid in my morning Joe, until it started tying my gut in knots. I love coffee, so I tried it black. Grosse I have used the bulletproof method. Ok, but not a daily thing my anxiety can handle, bc it amps you up so much. I tried other brands that were ‘nut’ based. ALL Grosse too. For a while I quit my beloved coffee altogether. I just sipped bone broth to start the day, but everyday felt like it started with dinner🙄 Then…..I gave it one more shot… Spent another fistful of money on this jawn, assuming I’d be disappointed, but desperate to get my coffee back. Guess what? Happy Days are HERE AGAIN🎉 This stuff mixed perfectly in my very hot coffee. I did use 4 tablespoons of it, bc I wanted it to ‘look’ creamy. Honestly, it never really ‘looked’ super creamy, but the taste is Perfect! You can definitely taste the coconut, which, having done Bulletproof coffee, doesn’t bother me. In fact, I like that part. My hair, skin, and nails have never been healthier then when I am adding more coconut oil (mct) to my routine. I can only hope this product provides the same results. Either way, I have coffee back!! It is way more than I want to spend for creamer, however, I’m also looking at it as a supplement, as well. Time will tell if there are true health benefits from these shrooms, but I’m here for it. Most importantly, it feels priceless to have my routine back. My belly feels great, and clearly I had enough energy (from one cup) to plow through this review, even though I just woke up. When Costco doesn’t have this at a lower price, I buy from Amazon. It tastes really good, but needs to be just a bit sweeter. I add a little creamer from Trader Joe’s to make it just right for me. Mostly I like that it is a healthy addition to my morning coffee.

    • Good natural alternative for powder cream in your drinks
Flavor Name: Vanilla Size: 8 Ounce (Pack of 1)
After realizing the awful chemicals in the name brand powder creamers (and even their liquid counterparts) I searched for something I could use instead with my non-coffee alternative hot drink (for digestion). I found Laird. It's all natural and made with coconut powder and coconut sugar. That's it. It blends very well. I put the teaspoon of powder in the mug with my alternative powder and then pour my hot water over it, and mix. No problems with clumps etc. The storage does have some clumping. The bag is a zip lock but I also transferred to a glass jar once opened. Because there are no preservatives you will have small clumps, but properly stored, they easily break up with your spoon or small whisk. The color will turn something dark into a caramel color. The taste is subtle, but definitely has a coconut taste, but not overpowering. If you do not like coconut flavor or are allergic, DO NOT USE THIS. It does have other flavors but I'm not done using the vanilla yet, but I have to say, I don't taste much vanilla flavor. ... show more

I have used Laird for my morning coffee for years and it is the best vegan coffee creamer....actually maybe my favorite creamer period! I've been in search of a dairy replacement and those nut milks/creamers will not do...especially almond milk. That stuff is yuck. Most creamers (including dairy) are too sugary and upset my stomach. Laird does not. It's not too sweet and makes my coffee satisfactorily frothy. I've also added Laird to my overnight oats and it turned out awesome! While this is a coconut creamer, the coconut is subtle. I hardly taste it. I believe this creamer is supposed to increase your energy levels. I don't think I've felt a difference. Nevertheless, I enjoy this creamer and will continue buying it. I also enjoy this powdered form more than the Laird liquid creamer! ... show more

    • Decent Product If You Want Your Coffee To Taste Like Curry
Flavor Name: Turmeric Size: 1 Pound (Pack of 1)
I've used the original Laird's for years and I love it, so I decided to mix it up a little and try the Turmeric version. The ingredients are quality, my only issue is the way it affects the taste of coffee. Instead of being more creamy like the original version, the turmeric flavor and color take over the coffee entirely, and turn it into a warm cup of curry. All well and good if you prefer that, but it's not my cup-a-tea (or coffee). My wife tried it and could not handle a second sip, she threw the rest out right away (she loves the original version as well). If you want to take turmeric but do not want to drink it in your coffee, I'd recommend taking turmeric in capsules on the side. I was recently diagnosed with m s. And dairy can be a problem for many of us but it's so hard to give up coffee. I was told to try this creamer or that creamer , but They have seed oils in them, which is a known no no for inflammatory and auto immune illnesses. Coconut is very good for m s. That's all?l This super food creamer is... powdered coconut milk. As a rule I don't like coconut. But this stuff actually tastes good. It's not strong coconut flavor it's more cream. I was hopeful about this creamer, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. My goal was to find a replacement for my usual coffee creamer, but my search will have to continue. Firstly, the creamer didn't achieve a creamy texture and left an odd aftertaste. Secondly, it was quite difficult to mix thoroughly; we even had to use a frother to blend it completely. Lastly, I felt that the price was too high for the quality provided. I was seeking a standalone creamer alternative, but to make it palatable, I had to mix it with almond or oat milk.
