I like to use Basil Oil in my peach caprese salad. The regular brand I have been buying (at the grocery store) is called O and apparently they do not make it any longer. This is a fine substitue with a rich, bright basil flavor and slight greenish hue.

The item arrived with a dent in the can. It has a bitter taste so product defective. Should be earthy but should not have a bitter aftertaste. Used as finishing oil, so not heated. Disappointing.
