Love the box and all the hair pieces. All of that makeup is like a lip gloss.. it’s smooth and thick like a vaseline. I would have thought maybe a powder like substance. Some of the hair pins look cheap. But my daughter loved her gift so that’s all that matters. The case is nice and durable.
