230 5"8 big belly but a smallish waist (36). I was concerned that the 3xl bottoms would be too large but it fit great! The shorts have a drawstring to tighten if needed. Hubby said it was comfortable but the material is a bit thick so if you're warm natured beware, take ya big boy sweat towel lol.
