These are wonderful! They arrived ready to use out of the box. My daughter has used them outside and at the roller rink several times. They are surprisingly easy to adjust and comfortable. My daughters can take them on/off with ease. The light-up wheels are fun, especially at the roller rink. I’m very disappointed with this item, my daughter was using it and thank God she had all the safe gear on because 1 minute I was looking at her skating and the next minute I saw her flying down on the floor because the wheel broke and made her loose her balance. We got these skates for our daughter. They’re easy to adjust, the wheels and bearings can be replaced. And my daughter said they’re very comfortable. One latch did bend a bit when my daughter fell, but my husband was able to correct it. The company was very responsive to my questions about the latch issue and I am overall very pleased with them. My daughter loves them! She especially loves how the wheels light up. I love how the strap goes over the laces to avoid them coming untied. Also, love that they will adjust to her size as she grows.

Grand daughter love the skates. The light up wheels are look awesome, the wheels are a hard rubber not plastic. I was disappointed the toe stopper was not made out of the same material as the wheels. The stopper is a hard plastic and just slides when you put it down. The skate is molded in such a way that it can not be replace with a normal skate stopper.
