I would give these 5 stars except that one of the Red bulbs that I ordered is clearly orange! This is not the fault of the shipper but of kuryakyn since the package is clearly labeled RED. Otherwise the one Red bulb I have looks very nice and I am certainly pleased with the quality of that one!

I asked this question when I ordered it but got no response...........I got the bulbs yesterday and when tested them my fears were realised, they do not light red, they actually light just between pink and white, which would be of no use to me as I bought them to used (as suggested) for my Smoked taillights....... ... show more

    • Great Bulbs, Slight fitment issue for Honda VTX1800N
Size: 1156 Light Bulb Style: Single-Circuit Color: Red
These bulbs look great, but were a little tricky to install. Honda designed a rear signal bulb that is Honda specific with offset pins on the bulb (VTX1800N). The pins on these bulbs are not offset, so you have to "trick" them into the housing. But, once I managed to get them in there, the one pin that engaged the housing is holding the bulb in securely. With my clear lenses(stock on my bike) the red bulbs aren't as "red" as the LED tail light that is factory on my bike, but at least they are no longer amber. ... show more
