My son loves these shoes but they fell apart so quickly. I had to replace the insole in them after a month or two and now they need to be replaced again. The bottom of the sole is coming off and the front toe area is thinning. I don't think he's uncommonly tough on them, given they're made and marketed for little boys. My son loves these shoes and we are on his third pair in order of size. He loves them because we ordered the "Blippi colors" blue and orange. The shoes are very durable. They tend to wear down a little on the toe and where it was once blue it is now worn down to the orange liner, but it looks good. The bottom of the shoes have hardly any where. They are very durable. ALso the outside has held up very well. We have washed these in the washing machine a few times and let them air dry and no major damage. WE only get rid of them because they are outgrown. My only gripe is I am paying $40 for some unknown brand of shoes, I've paid less for Nikes and addidas shoes for kids and they have multi billion dollar advertising budgets. So I'm not sure why they are so expensive, but if you do buy them, I think you will be pleased with how they hold up. ... show more

I love how bright the color is and how durable this shoe actually is. Not only are the Velcro straps made very strong but it also makes it easy for my son to put his shoes on by himself. The shoe is made very breathable near the toes unlike most other shoes he’s had. They are a little heavier than I wanted them to be but I think they will last longer that way being how my son plays hard outside. I give this shoe a 9/10! ... show more
