Finally found a pair of shoes that fit my son's large, wide feet!! It's a little loose around the ankle but if that's the trade off for him to have comfy shoes, so be it.-if we are going somewhere i know he will be running, i just double check that he has the velcro tight and we haven't had any issues. My son is very particular about shoes, if they have even a minor scratchy or pinching issue he automatically hates them. He loved the color and the design and especially loved the fact that they have no shoe laces. He wears them everyday. We purchased them about a month from now. Great product. *update Feb 2022* He wore these out until his foot ripped the top open, and we had to discard them as of January. My son refused to wear anything and I purchased him 2 additional pairs (sketchers) he did not wear those at all. My 5-year old son LOVED that he got to pick his fave color (yellow) out of all these bright choices. Very cool. The shoe is fine and he hasn't complained about fit. These are priced a little cheaper than a lot of brand name shoes and I'd say they are less durable. But kids outgrow shoes so fast that I don't think it's a problem. The shoes seem to be holding up to daily wear so far. This picture was taken May 17th and we did not receive until end of April. The graphics are almost all gone, witch is a little disappointing since it hasn’t even been a month. The traction on the bottom of the shoe is good. I can tell where my son drags his back heals in the back though. Still the actual fabric on the shoe toes seems good. Between that and the good rubber bottoms, that is what matters with active kiddos. ... show more

    • Fit and feel perfect but came apart within a month
I am so sad that these shoes came apart so quickly. The few weeks that my son wore them, they were perfect. It's always hard to find shoes that help with his plantar fasciitis. He did not complain one time while wearing these. But for the price, I expected them to last more than a month.

This shoe was instantly a hit. I’m the extra dad of the year. They fit great they have a ton of tread for basketball courts to hiking to playing in the creek and the price tooo! Got some KU red and blue for school and some red and blacks for after. Really if your kid is struggling with tying shoes just give them more time and get these bad boys and make it simple for a while longer!! Would suggest to everyone with kids under 8 ... show more

We LOVE these sneakers! My first grader has difficulty with laces (and his teachers always appreciate when we send the kiddos in with Velcro) - these shoes are easy on/off, look terrific and are super lightweight. They have lasted months so far with a very rough playing little boy. I just ordered 2 other colors. The sizing is a bit weird but so far the shoes they send fit perfectly even though they do not have American sizing anyplace on them. We ordered a size 1 and got a “33” but they fit! ... show more
