SO COMFORTABLE-great for sciatica!
I have gone through so many pairs of sandals over the years in trying to find a comfortable pair that have a nice look to them but more importantly the mechanics to support the foot properly where needed so it can do its job in the way it's supposed to. You don't think that would be such a hard thing
to find until you injure yourself and find yourself in pain on a near constant basis. I have three herniated discs, one protrusion and spinal stenosis coupled with sciatica in both legs courtesy of a motorbike accident years back. Needless to say, shoes are a very important commodity when it comes to proper posture and pain relief or at least subsiding as much as it can in correct stance. I previously had found the Skechers slides to be very comfortable the ones with the extra cushion. However, I noticed after time that standing still in them for too long or being out and about running errands for two big of a period of time my back would start to ache before I knew it. I had a pair prior to those of recovery slides. Just like these that I'm reviewing now where they are supportive and cushioned but the cushion is more solid so you are not stepping on a pillow as much as your stepping on a solid piece of earth. These are luckily just like the original I had in their design and I find these extremely comfortable. They have a good arch support to them and when I wear these around while trying to check off a million things for my list or if I do need to stand in line in place somewhere for a longer periods my back - while it's still hurts - It doesn't ache as quickly or as deeply. I am not saying at all that these are a cure all or the answer to sciatica. But I will say that I am a guy that lives in Florida and I work from home. So if I don't have to wear shoes I'm not going to and the next best thing is having a nice pair of slides to easily slip into and get you out the door. These are perfect in that respect. They're comfortable and they're not bad looking either. After owning a pair I have to say I don't care what they look like. I would wear them anyway. That's how impressed I am. Also, I will note that I'm leaving this review on a pair that is now my second. I enjoyed them so much. The first time I purchased that I had to buy a backup pair. This is definitely something that is going to remain in my shopping list essentials as long as they make them. And for you larger men out there, thankfully they come in a wide variety of sizes. Normally in a shoe I wear a size 14 and I did purchase these in a 14 but they were not as comfortable and felt like they ran a little small. So I purchased a 15 - It blew my mind that they even carried a size 15 because anyone who has bigger feet knows that is hard to find - But the 15 was perfect. I would definitely recommend sizing up if you're in between and I highly recommend just picking up a pair and giving them a shot because you'll definitely be pleasantly surprised and happy with your purchase.

good fit and feel, extra support takes some getting used to after doing barefoot for years
Size: 9
Color: Black
I went with size 9 men's for my size 10/11 women's feet. I have wide feet (hereditary bunions since a toddler, both feet both sides) and while my feet are around size 10, the added length in a size 11 actually accommodates for added width. So I am just used to buying 11's (or 9s in men's). These fit
my feet fine. Not sure how well these will do for side to side narrow width. The up and down width is generous, and may be too much for petite bone structures. I dont wear these with socks outside, but have worn these with socks inside. Fits either way. Material has some give. So you will most likely find that it hugs the foot. Not constricting. Enough length to allow for toe spread and forward reach after the heel to toe roll. So for me I like having the little added length. Ive been wearing minimalist flat shoes for a few years, or going bare foot. I thought that was good for the feet? But then see so much info that barefoot is bad*sigh*. Since I do get some swelling, and I have high arches, I did some researchAnd found that something with good arches should help a lot. So here I am. I chose these over the pricier name brands since the product, material, and function looked similar enough. Taking me a little while to get used to these as my feet arent as comfy compared to being barefoot, but I imagine that is a good thing- y arches are getting support they normally dont get. Kindly Notes: If you are using for sports, please choose normal size If you have narrow feet, choose one size smaller If your feet are wide, please choose the normal size Dry sandals in a cool and ventilated place away from the sun.

I have an ugly pair (grey and red) of these from Walmart under their George brand, identical otherwise including the model number, except these have notably higher arches. So much so that they redistributed my weight and put undue pressure on my outer ankles causing pain after just a couple minutes o
f wearing. The grey/red pair are like walking on clouds and I had hoped to replace them with a better looking pair, but these sandals were just different enough and caused enough pain I had to return them, I truly wish they would have worked out. Maybe they will work better for people with naturally high arches.

Family member bragged on their Hoka recovery sandals keeping them elevated enough to keep hot sand from coming in their shoe on the beach. Got these for half the price. I can’t say they improved that much. The toe doesn’t seem to be as curved upward nor is the foam quite at strong I believe as the Ho
ka. However, this is a very comfortable sandal. The fit was right, the cushioning is excellent, much better than a croc for sure. They are attractive and supportive enough. I have low arches and they felt fine, even better than the Hoka to me.

Great sandal, great comfort, great look. The only problem is if and when you go to clean/wash the sandals DON'T place them in the sun to dry. For some reason, the sandals will SHRINK permanently.

Theses slides are a lot better than I expected, I was going to order a way more expensive brand that has been running TV Commercials for some time but after getting on the Amazon ‘s website I noticed these had better reviews than the More expensive TV brand so I decided to save the $130. And go with
theses and I will admit I am glad I did they are so comfortable and a joy to wear, my feet feel great each and every time I wear them, Nice slides and a great value.

Read multiple comments about the sizes and it was all over the place. Some big, some shrink. Well mine came in and although comfortable they run large.

If your feet sweat they get real goosie quick. Then I’m riding up front of these with my toes hanging off.

Comfortable but weird design
Size: 11

Shoe is comfortable but has a rim around the toe area. Toes tend to rub against it. Would feel even better without rim.

UPDATE: I returned size 12 because they keep shrinking. As you can see in the picture one shrank more than the other one. At the end I bought size 13 and they shrank too but they're fitting good so far. My feet is size 10.5 and I'm wearing size 13 now. it is crazy but I love these sandals! I bought o
ne size smaller as the reviews mentioned. They fit fantastic in the beginning . Very confortable and I loved them, however they shrank after i left them in my car trunk few days (I live in Florida). I couldn't believe it. They don't fit me anymore!! I will return them and get one size bigger since now I'm afraid they will shrank. I don't know if anyone had an experience like mine. Let me know. UPDATE; I got one size bigger; 11 and I returned them because they shrank too and hurt my foot. I order size 12 and they shrank too but it seems that they are ok now.

I am not paid to say this. Just a regular person from Wisconsin. I have been in pain with planter faciits (sp?) for 3 months. No amount of stretching and icing helped. I wore these sandals for the first time on a heavy walking day and I had NO pain. Now it’s 7 days later and I am walking everywhere a
gain. I missed it so much!
