They've changed the design so that a little extra ball of metal (whatever metal is being used) on the end of the post keeps it from coming loose, while holding it in place when blowing your nose, or simply scratching it. I like these, there are plenty of choices and they seem sturdy. They're a little thicker than the ones I've been using so it took some patience to get one in my nose, but it's comfortable now. Definitely good quality for the money.

While the studs themselves look super cute, they’re pretty small in real life. I was excited to get these but you can barely tell you’re wearing one which is good for when you don’t want to be too showy. Had the studs been slightly bigger, they would be amazing.

Dont waste your money... the big nose ring is my current ring that I was trying to replace. The ones that came are twice as small. They don't even go through the top hole all they way because of how fat and small they are. You can't even see the studs inside of them. It's like they're made for a baby's nose which is insane to say the least ... show more

I like the stones on these. They are very pretty. But the bone bump on the inside of my nose is so small that it slips through my piercing. I keep losing them. I think I've had them a week or two and already lose three of the studs.
