These sneakers are very stylish and fit well. The overall support is decent for short periods but not adequate for long runs or abuse. I like them overall but will probably improve the soles.

The most comfortable trail shoes my husband has worn that have offered plenty of toe room to spread, have cushioning that supports his wide foot shape, and have some flex in the upper to move with his foot. For the price you are better off getting a comfortable Saucony walking shoe or paying a few extra bucks for a quality trail shoe. There is no way I would risk trying to exercise in these shoes because they offer only slightly more support than bedroom slippers. They are the worst sort of low end Chinese manufactured junk that is made to resemble a quality product. The soles are surprisingly thin, soft and flexible. The uppers are also thin and flimsy. Bought these for my husband and he loves them. His favorite color is orange, so it was hard to find a shoe in this color, especially when the main color is orange and not just the accent color. Shoes have a great look. Only negatives were the ball of the foot area is a little narrow, but should widen with use and there isn't much cushion inside. I'd still purchase them again.
