One of my favorite mugs!! I love a good chunky mug and you can't go wrong with a neutral color the picture doesn't capture the color well but it does have an orange tinge so it is true to the Apricot color! So far, it holds hot drinks well, no signs of cracking (will update if needed).

New review 03/26/23: I ended up getting one more mug (blue) to make a set. I have only hand washed them but yet somehow water ended up inside the blue mug. First I was frustrated because I thought the mugs had their holes sealed unlike the saucers. How wrong I was 🤦♀️ there is a teeny tiny hole close to the handle (see the picture). Ugh such a waste of money Old review: I love the look. I will be drinking from it occasionally but don’t think it’s going to be my go to mug. The handle is not super convenient to hold and also keep in mind there are two holes underneath the saucer, there is a chance of it getting moldy if water gets and stays in there. I was wondering why they didn’t close them like they did on the mug. (I put silicone bumpers on the saucer myself, bc I’m also worried it can scratch the furniture as the bottom is pretty rough) ... show more

I am very confused by the 5 star ratings and rave reviews. The set I received was not purple. It's lavender. Ok more like a 'purple wanna be but not quite' kind of lavender purple. I see patches of blue bleeding through. It's as if the glaze was not thoroughly mixed before it was applied. The glaze at the rim was also thin, again so thin that it's light blue. The handle was also very uncomfortable to use. Because the opening is small, you'd have to grab it with 2, 3 or 3.5 fingers depending on how you'd hold it. If the thumb is involved, the knuckle gets caught, if using the index, middle fingers and thumb, there's an awkwardness because now the knuckle of your ring finger rests uncomfortably against the cup. Yes it's cute and to be fair, it was very nicely packaged and arrived undamaged. But that's about it. I think I will use mine as a planter. For reference my glove size is small/medium.
