I searched for months for a coffee pot that does both k cups and espresso pods. This is it. I absolutely love this machine. The only downside i've found is that i can't fit bigger cups under it. So I do have to use shorter coffee cups or an espresso cup. But that's not a deal breaker for me. Because at the end of the day, I've had 3 different keurigs and several coffee pots and the quality of coffee that this thing puts out is amazing. I know there are reviews stating it tastes like plastic, but I followed the instructions to do the first initial cleaning before brewing. I've had no issues. And I like how compact it is. Purchased unit for use in United States. My old Keurig gave up the ghost after many years of service and I was in the market for a new one. Either I get a really cheap one that does k-cups only, an expensive one that does k- cups only, or one that does more than just K-cups. I really wanted the more versatile option, but have limited counter space, so was looking for one that was the same size or smaller than the old unit. This unit met my expectations, versatile and compact. That compact size does come with a price though. The unit comes with 3 removable heads and you have to remove the head even if you stick to one type, such as K-cups, with each use. Also barely fits my preferred coffee cups, I have to remove the drip tray to get the cup in there. With my old unit I was able to get a short thermos in there, no longer an option with this unit. As some reviewers mentioned, it will continue to drip coffee for a few seconds after it is done brewing. I bought the unit 3 weeks ago and have been using k-cups so far. Yesterday I bought Nespresso capsules from Costco and tried one today after work. See attached pictures. Tasted good. I haven’t tried the loose coffee grounds or coffee pods option yet. So cannot comment on that aspect. Also I haven’t had much luck finding coffee pods yet. My only concern with this product is that the k-cups and Nespresso pod get slightly crumpled during the brewing process, so some concern whether it is too tight a fit. Not sure if this will impact long-term durability. Conclusion. If you intend to only do k-cups, then buy a different unit that only does k-cups. If you want to do k-cups, Nespresso pods and coffee grounds, but you don’t want a bulky unit, then consider this unit. ... show more

I purchased this as I really liked the versatility of being able to use different types of coffee. So far I've used ESE pods and nespresso capsules and really liked both with good froth and flavor. The instruction book makes it sound like you can change the cup size on each button, but I haven't found a way so for my larger mugs I simply brew a 6oz and a 3oz or whatever I need to fill the cup. ... show more

My original Nespresso machine gave out. My first replacement was returned to Amazon due to bad quality. Then I tried this Kotlie coffee machine and it has been great. Solid appliance, well made AND it uses Nespresso and K cups so I now get more choices when buying coffee. Definitely recommend.

The size of the cup is only one size. I have to transfer to a bigger cup to add creamer. It’s more work for me to make coffee. I like the taste of the coffee. Maybe I’ll wait to buy till you develop the size of the mugs are better. I returned the machine.
