The first one was broken, they sent a new one quickly and it is not broken. It is in fact beautiful. I love it so much!! Thank you Amazon!! I still wish they packaged it better. Was the first one broken in the warehouse? It has two partial styrofoam sides, but the bottom wasn’t supported or protected. I think they need to rethink their packaging. Hopefully it will come intact. Otherwise, I will have to move on. And that would be a pity because it’s very attractive. ... show more

This style is really gorgeous. Unfortunately first time using the Casserole dish is cracked all the way from top to bottom. Unfortunately it's beyond the return time frame and am not sure about returning now.

First time I tried to use it over Med-Low heat melting butter for rice, seemed ok and then I added the liquid and the bottom cracked and made a huge mess! I mean everywhere mess and I just put it on the stove top. I was in a rush for a dinner party and cleaned up as fast as I could and threw it away trying to to let it ruin my other dishes with shards from the break or the rice and liquid... It was such a mess and disappointment, almost ruined my whole dinner. Of course no refund because I threw it away instead of returned it. ... show more
