Top Amazon Reviews

  • Great value, with unadvertised functionality
The media could not be loaded. I ordered four of the GN05 27" 1440p 240Hz monitors, and two of them have arrived. After a day of setup and testing, I'm extremely impressed with the quality given the bargain bin pricing. First of all, these come with displayport cords, which I assumed was not the case. Second, they are actually capable of 4k (3840x2160) and drive that picture flawlessly. The only drawback is that they will only go 60Hz at that resolution. However, at the native 2560 x 1440 resolution, they run at 240Hz as advertised. In my attached photo, I have two of these set up below a Samsung - 27” Odyssey FHD IPS 1080p 240Hz G-Sync Gaming Monitor. Samsung is known as a premium panel manufacturer, so I figured it'd be a great side-by-side comparison. These KOORUI panels are virtually indistinguishable in quality and color, at least to my eye. And interestingly, the Samsung panel will only refresh at 239.76Hz, while the KOORUI panels refresh at a true 240Hz (when set at 1440p or below). The color gamut and HDR on these KOORUI panels are fantastic, just as good as the Samsung. No dead pixels or light leaking. Packaging was premium, shipping box was damaged to heck but the monitors and their boxes were fine thanks to all that styrofoam. Drawbacks: I don't think the response time is truly 1ms, likely closer to 5ms. However, I can only notice this when running the testufo dot com MPRT test in full screen on both the Samsung IPS and KOORUI VA at the same time. I don't notice it in game at all. I've attached a video of this. Color/Black difference is because I was messing with the monitor's on board settings at the time, they're much closer to one another in quality than this video seems to show. Viewing angle is definitely worse on the VA than the IPS, as expected. However, I don't often use my computer while severely angled from my screens, and I can only notice the poor VA viewing angle when I get way to the side. Only other drawback I can think of is that if one of these develops issues in the future, it's unknown how well KOORUI support will handle it, or if they'll even exist. I'd worry about this if they were much more expensive, but at $200 a pop I'd consider them worth it even if one of them dies prematurely and needs replaced. Monitors from Samsung with these specs easily go for double or triple the price. Conclusion: Fantastic value. I'd say order these and make sure you setup and test during Amazon's return window. If you find any issues in those first 30 days, you're guaranteed good support. If something happens after that, you may also get help from KOORUI, but even if not...you saved enough money to replace it. ... show more

  • Solid monitor at an amazing price
Size: 27" 240Hz/QHD OLED
Washington State residents, read the last section. I paid $611 for this. Good OLED monitor with minimal automation dimming. It will darken the screen when displaying static images for extended periods of time. All the features work as advertised. Getting it to look good is a pain. I would recommend turning on HDR then using the Windows 11 tool to the monitor. AutoHDR will make the rest of the system look acceptable. Audio output from the headphone jack stucks pretty badly. Sounds far away, is quiet, and has no bass. Pros: OLED Very high HDR brightness for W-OLED (~600 nits) No crazy brightness dimming (still has minor, almost unnoticeable in normal use) KVM (works as expected) USB C Video input USB3 Hub Fast charging Nice and easy stand Neutral: User interface RGB (very limited, no screen connected modes (important), disappointing) Cons: Audio out sucks Annoying to setup properly No HDR adjustment Adjusting colors is buggy and broken. Once set up it will not forget though. PIP is locked out by freesync and only supports 4:3 Typos on every menu page PLEASE RELEASE FIRMWARE UPDATE. THIS MONITOR WOULD BE PERFECT. Now a ramble about getting this monitor and my thoughts. I wrote this weeks ago. I want to say that ending up with this monitor was an adventure to say the least. I was looking into OLED monitor, then noticed that an acer was going for $499. As a gamer with a 1440p240 IPS screen I was interested. Hearing what people had to say about OLED and how some people say they would rather game on a 240hz OLED rather then a bad 360hz panel made me look into getting one. After looking into the acer, people were complaining about the systems put in place to protect the screen. I dont like my screen "adjusting" in front of my eyes so i decided to wait it out. Monitor technology always gets cheaper, and I don't mind waiting for something better. As time passes, I periodically check amazon and pcpartpicker for the cheapest OLED monitors and never find anything interesting, until one day, I see this. I look into the listing. Its full of features, has good specs, and is priced pretty decently. In the suggestions, KTC shows up with a similar monitor 50 dollars cheaper. After looking into it, I decide to go for the Koorui because it has faster USB PD output, and the single monitor review I could find at the time said it had no automatic dimming. I try to buy it. Amazon is giving me an error saying the package could not be shipped to my address. I try all of my friends addresses, and post offices near me. Blocked. After much deliberation with amazon and Koorui, 5 days later I'm left high and dry. There is no way for them to send it to washington. I check out the page, and notice a coupon. The monitor was $611. Holy **... I pull the trigger, and ship it to the most northern UPS in oregon along I-5. Time to plan a trip. Long story short, I invite a friend, we drive out to oregon a week later, intercept the delivery driver between his car and the UPS, and get the monitor. I paid 50 dollars for gas that day. Money well saved... ... show more

  • Underrated monitor
Size: 27" 240Hz/QHD IPS
Has the features I care about (WQHD, IPS, 240fps, decent color gamut, comes with VESA mount offsets), and lacks the features I don't care about. When these go on limited time deals at a significant discount to the competition, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one. The included crosshairs are pretty large, but I don't use them anyway. I never use HDR, so can't comment on that, either. The color gamut is surprisingly good, and it sits next to my more expensive color-calibrated monitor. The build quality is on-par with the pricing and it's held up well for four months now. ... show more

  • Very good for price just a few minor issues
Screen brightness is very bright and can’t see sometimes you haft to adjust it a lot, also there’s no off button so you need to wait for your pc to shut off to turn it off but Besides that good picture, and good for price.

  • Equipo defectuoso, a 240hz no funciona.
Size: 27" 240Hz/QHD IPS
The media could not be loaded. ... show more
