I was waiting a few months of use before writing this, because some bottles start out well but break easily. My 6 year old has used this every day for 6 months and we love it. We got the 12 oz with the twist spout. First, we like it because the part her mouth touches is covered and doesn't get dirty or "germy". Second, it doesn't leak. Third, it has a large opening to easily fill with ice cubes. Fourth, it's stainless steal. Fifth, the lid is strong and it hasn't broken. Finally -- it's not ridiculously expensive. Admittedly, we usually hand wash it. I put it in the dishwasher maybe once-a-week for sanitizing. But seriously, parents know what a pain water bottles can be for kids... I purchased 3 16oz cups. Flamingo pink, green grass, and sky blue. For some reason the sly blue is a little bigger than the others. Everything was labeled as 16oz but the blue was about an inch taller (same width). They’re holding up well and keep the water cold.

This is pretty much the perfect insulated bottle. I’m not sure why it’s labeled as a kids product, it’s a great smaller size for travel. Kept my hot tea hot for many hours, the handle on the lid made it very easy to carry.
