Bought this to replace my son’s water bottle from PreSchool. Wanted a cap that was not removable from the bottle to make it easier to keep things together for him. He has used it the past month and has no issues using it. It is easy to use, doesn’t leak and has a carry handle attached to the cap. This is fairly easy to clean (I use a straw brush to clean the inside of the cap) and all the bottle brushes we have fit easily into the opening. The silicon cover on the bottom can be difficult to remove and put back on though. I only take it off once a week now to wash it. It is a nice to have and keeps my table from getting scratched when my son forgets to place his bottle on the coaster and I’m sure if dropped will keep the bottom from getting dinged up. For school this bottle had worked great. Keeps his water cold for 5-6 hours. If you are looking for something to keep drinks cold longer, this will not work well because of the plastic cap. For our excursions by the river when the temperature was above 90, this kept his water cold for 4 hours with the bottle filled with ice to the brim. Hope this helps. ... show more

My boys love these - we got a 12oz for each of them and are back to purchase a second. They like that their water stays cold all day and the bottles aren't too big/heavy to carry around since lockers aren't allowed anymore. I run the lids through the dishwasher and do the body by hand. Also vinyl stickers stick great to these. A great value, and not so expensive that it's a huge deal to replace if they get lost. I may order one for myself! ... show more

I was waiting a few months of use before writing this, because some bottles start out well but break easily. My 6 year old has used this every day for 6 months and we love it. We got the 12 oz with the twist spout. First, we like it because the part her mouth touches is covered and doesn't get dirty or "germy". Second, it doesn't leak. Third, it has a large opening to easily fill with ice cubes. Fourth, it's stainless steal. Fifth, the lid is strong and it hasn't broken. Finally -- it's not ridiculously expensive. Admittedly, we usually hand wash it. I put it in the dishwasher maybe once-a-week for sanitizing. But seriously, parents know what a pain water bottles can be for kids... Ever since I had my baby and while breastfeeding I crave ice cold water. And this bottle is perfect! Even had it in my car on a hot day while I went on a long run and when I got to my car and drank from this bottle I had the coldest water and it was amazing

I bought this for my kindergartner since it looked easy to clean and I prefer stainless steel. It’s a really nice bottle, it didn’t seem to leak. However, my son found it difficult to screw closed. I knew at school he wouldn’t realize he hadn’t screwed it all the way closed which would result in leakage. I think it’d be great for an older child or adult. ... show more
