I will preface by saying that this wig is the best I've seen of the dozen or so I've recently purchased here on Amazon. I have been looking for a wig to help with my continued hair loss. I really liked the ombre color and style of the wig. My issue began when I removed it from the package and placed it on my head. Within two minutes, my head started to itch very badly where the cap had been. I immediately took it off and showered. It has been a half an hour since I washed my heart and the burning sensation has not subsided. I am not sure what I am reacting to, but this is a first for me. It is only where the cap sat, and not where the hair itself touched my neck and shoulders. As mentioned, I've tried about a dozen wigs in the past two weeks and have not had any thing like this occur. I believe it is a chemical reaction to something used in the making of the cap. This wig is great! I mainly wear human hair wigs, but wanted to change things up. Hunted Amazon for higher quality, budget friendly synthetic wigs and landed on these for their bangs (bangs make synth wigs looks more real) and the more casual/everyday style curl. The bangs haven’t been cut, this is them out of the bag. Only altering I did was spray the ends with wig spray to loosen them and then the roots I dosed it in dry shampoo (gets rid of the fake wig shine) while using a wide tooth wig comb and I’ve gotten SOOO many compliments from coworkers (I’m an elementary teacher). Everyone knows I’m sick and wear wigs, my students enjoy me changing up my hair all of the time. They all have fun ranking which ones are their favorite/look most realistic. Everyone has thought that it’s been one of my expensive human hair wigs - they couldn’t believe it was fake. I’ll definitely be buying this in the copper/red head color as well as the brown to blonde ombré. I was on the fence between Blonde 18 and Blonde Ombré 18, as well as the same colors in 14, but the Blonde Ombré roots are fantastic and I love how light weight and manageable this wig is for 18”. I can tell it’s going to age well with regular/consistent wig care and upkeep. If you can’t figure out how to style this, I feel like you wearing wigs might be a lost cause. It’s ridiculously easy as long as your placement of the base of the part is correct. Wig cap is HUGE, I have a tiny head though. That’s my only frustration, but there are a lot of tricks for us with small heads so it’s fine. I wear mine with both the velvet wig grip and the rubber wig grip. ... show more

The look and feel of the hair is quite good. My only complaint is that the bangs are uneven and thin compared to the seller’s image. I’ll try to re-cut the bangs to add more hair to them and even them out.

After a few attempts at fiddling with the bangs and positioning it, I've decided that I really like it. However, the bangs are too long so they'll probably need trimming, also bangs dont typically lay flat on the forehead like these do. Finger placement of the bangs improved the appearance followed by some spray. Using a wig band helps with the fit but I think it still needs a couple extra clips, which I'll add later. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the part looks phony. I watched a you tube video on wigs and she suggested plucking extra hair along the line to widen the part - makes it look more natural. I am by no means a wig connoisseur. Due to recent hair loss, wigs have become a necessary accessory. Unfortunately, this wig did not work for me. The color was totally off. The blonde highlights appeared gray. It made me look older. As pictured the length is what you get. This wig looks professionally styled in the picture . The beachy waves weren't as pronounced as pictured. For me, the wig was heavy, got tangled way too easily, and just didn't look right. Again, this could be due to not being used to wigs in general. Note the bangs are long to customize. I didn't bother to cut anything because it is going to be donated. I will say the wig was a great value for money. I've been wearing wigs for a long time now. I've purchased human hair wigs and synthetic. Money's kind of tight right now so I've been going with synthetic. This wig is by far the most real looking wig I've purchased. It has some shedding but what wig doesn't. Very natural and I've had so many compliments and people think it's my real hair. I won't buy a wig without bangs anymore. With the bangs and the hairline this looks very real. It's comfortable to wear and I didn't have to add any more clips to it, which I always have to do that with other wigs. Just a little clip off the bangs and it was ready to wear out of the box. Very little if not no hassle before wearing it out. I've just purchased my second one. Oh and if you live in warm climate like I do, this is a good wig too, not too heavy at all.
