When I saw this, I felt a bit nostalgic. OMG! A Kodak projector! It was impossible not to remember the reliable and amazing Kodak Carousel 35mm slide projectors that many younger people don't even imagine a projector like that existed. I got it in a heartbeat, more for nostalgia than for really need one more projector. It arrived today and the disappointment was nearly instantaneous. It has USB, A/V (RCA) and HDMI connections. It DOES NOT have Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connections at all, which is unthinkable nowadays. It doesn't even support plugging your phone using a USB cable as that USB por is useful only for a flash drive. (who still use flash drives nowadays?) Interface on the menu looks like it came straight from early 1990s. In other words, if feels like Kodak didn't learn the lesson that made the company almost disappear. They invested a fortune developing this product so it can reach the market with "innovative" and state-of-the-art technology, the only problem is that this technology was innovative in 1998, not in 2023. The image resolution is other TERRIBLE thing. Image is grainy (plugged an Amazon Firestick to the HDMI). The lamp is obviously too weak, so it needs absolute darkness in the room. Speakers are barely OK, it sounds like a mono pocket radio. To complete the disappointment, it doesn't even come with a stand or tripod, so if you buy one, be aware it's just a small rectangular box and you'll either need to buy a small tripod (it has the universal hole to screw a tripod or a camera stand) or stack books to keep it in a suitable angle. It's definitely a product that I don't recommend to anybody and mine will go straight to the donation pile and end up in a thrift store.

Ordered this because I love a Pico style projector. I love that they are easily maneuverable and usually pack a punch. This one did that in some areas and other areas it was worst I've seen. Construction of this projector is sensible meaning it's built light with satisfactory materials but being a tiny projector that's ok by me. I would love to see a more solid heavy unit but this doesn't change my opinion either way. The included tripod is the same as every included tripod, cheap and too flimsy to use comfortably. There is no keystone so you must get the angle correct which again is something I could live with but I've never used even a cheap projector that didn't have at meant a manual keystone. (Keystone adjustment allows you to adjust the picture to level it out forward or backwards so that it's on a level plane.) The included remote is a great plus and one that feels good in the hands and has a more premium feel than the projector. Operation of the projector is where things get amazing as well as the opposite. Powering it on and using the manual adjustment immediately reveals one of the most crisp images I've seen not bright but crisp. Every size font is easily readable from a normal distance. Never seen words so crisp on hardly any projectors. The brightness is OK if you plan on keeping lights off which is fine for what this is suppose to be. But the biggest and most saddening part was the way the white light leaked outside of the projector square on the wall. Never seen this before and it is just too much for me to comfortably enjoy. This projector makes sense to be for a quick way to show some slide shows in a conference meeting or similar. Not so much for a gamer or movie style. The noise from the cooling fan is about he loudest I've heard and I felt like it was useless to use the included speakers to drown out the buzzing. It's louder than a box fan on the high setting. If none of those negative things really bother you then this is a reat item to get. I really wish every projector had text that was this crisp and easy to read. Amazing job however they achieved that. And just as a FYI which they never said it could do things it doesn't do but there is no wifi or Bluetooth connections. I was wondering if it maybe did just because it stated you could hook your phone up to it which you can with the correct plugs you must order. This isn't a recommended nor is it a not recommended. It's a style that fits only a certain group of people and others it does not.
