Great toy idea but fails on the execution: instructions are not detailed enough (they leave a lot of room for you to figure stuff out) and are inconsistent (guidance in one step is not consistent with the image on another step). Even if you mount it well, the roof is not properly designed and comes off easily when kids play with it (it comes into place by pressure, but pieces move when playing and you need to reposition it all the time) ... show more

Got this for my 3 year old son. He loves it! It does come in many different parts that you have to assemble. But I found the product pretty easy to put together. The instructions are similar to Lego or Ikea furniture instructions. If you're used to those then this will be a breeze. Took me about 30 minutes to put it together. Just make sure you have all the pieces in front of you for each section. The only thing I found to be a pain was trying to put the stickers on some of the pieces. Also, if you want to use the car lift then you'll need to keep the little screw driver that came with it. You have to turn a screw to move the lift up and down. I just wish they maybe had a place where you could securely place the screw driver on the play set for safe keeping. ... show more

This thing is amazing! Just the perfect size, well thought of, well made and sturdy, looks good and easy to put together. The car is a very good size too. My son plays with his cars and trucks all day long and absolutely loves this. There's only one thing that can be made better - the ramps to the car wash and serivde station are simply placed there. They should have made this fix to the base, just like all other parts. The car wash doors are amazing too, but as these are for small kids (mine's only 2.5), so have a tendency to come out. ... show more

Be prepared...when you open the box the number of pieces can be intimidating. Better be a visual learner, there are no written instructions. Glass of wine, a little old school r&b and follow the pics. Occasional frustration but not too bad.

I have to say what a great toy my little 3 1/2 year old grandson wanted a service station so bad he loves it. There was one little piece missing and they sent it to me from Hong Kong. What a great company.
