Everything comes as described. I ordered this set in particular because of the pots and pans I had ordered; I needed items to either be plastic, wood, or rubber/silicon. I am giving this item 4 stars though because my whisk is visibly warped and is broken; see photos. There was not an option to ask for a replacement piece; the only option was to return everything which was not what I needed. I'll be headed to my local discount store or discount grocery store to get a replacement. Overall though this is a wonderful starter kitchen set for first apartment, college apartment or dorm with shared kitchen, or even first home if these items weren't already accumulated over time. ... show more

Bought these to use on my new very expensive pots and pans. So far they are holding up well and haven’t caused any damage to my pans. The only downfall I’ve noticed is some of the pieces I’ve used to flip heavier foods are very flimsy. It’s likely I used the wrong turner, because I switched to a different one and had no problems. Some are designed for lighter food flipping (pancakes or eggs) but if you’re like me you grab the ones you’ve used with other brands when you cooked certain foods in the past. In this batch of utensils you just have to check the strength of the arm and use the correct one for the weight of the food you will be flipping. Wasn’t a huge issue, but made a little more work for me. I love the variety of tools included. The silicone finger protectors are ok to use to move the pans around after they’ve cooked considerably, but not good for removing hot pans directly from the oven. ... show more

    • Useless AND Dangerous
I thought this would have been a nice full Kitchen utensil kit. I was looking for something with red accents to match my kitchen décor. The only positive thing about these utensils is they do look very nice in the kitchen. That is where it ends. These utensils are totally and completely useless in the kitchen. All the spoons, ladles, forks, pasta spoon, Masher etc, cannot be used at all. The plastic (Silicone) is way too flexible and you cant even lift a grilled cheese sandwich off the grill with out the spatula almost bending in half and the sandwich ending up on the floor. The meat and salad forks are the same thing. The meat fork will not pierce the meat AND don't even think of lifting the meat with the fork, even a 12oz steak out of the pan. The masher, which I could not believe, is actually two pieces snapped together. You cant mash anything with it because its way over flexible and then the two pieces for the masher will fall apart. Every item in this full set is the same way. After about 3 months of use, the can opener does not work because it has become so dull it wont pierce the can and the pizza cutter is just as bad. After about 10-15 uses, it has become so dull it has also become useless. I would consider this item DANGEROUS for use in the kitchen and Amazon should consider having it removed. This item I feel has safety issues and should not be used in the kitchen. It is nothing more than a decorative item without function or a toy for your Childs play kitchen. ... show more

Over all not bad price for how much you get in the box. Some of the pieces work really well. Others not so much. My issue with this product are anything related to stirring. They are super flimsy and do not do their job. It’s great if you don’t really cook anything, but if you are do like to cook, I’d avoid this set. ... show more

If you are setting up a kitchen for the first time, this is a good buy! You get just about every type of utensil you will need. They are not as sturdy as I was hoping for, but they do the job. I put the utensils in the dishwasher and they come out just fine. I would recommend this product for your first kitchen to get started without paying several dollars per utensil. I would probably not recommend the set for an experienced, seasoned cook managing a busy household making lots of meals every week, because they are not that sturdy. ... show more
