Edited: Very good follow-up service provided by Kitsure. Offered a total replacement or full refund due to the rust problem. By this time we had already purchased rustproof paint hoping to delay further spread and therefore chose to take the refund. I still really like the rack size and design and therefore hope our solution works. I do appreciate that Kitsure made amends and would shop with them again knowing they are prepared to offer a replacement. We are very happy with the design of the rack. It has the features I was looking for, fits under my cupboards and holds enough dishes for a typical meal. I would prefer a larger cutlery holder and a drip tray under the cutting board rack, but I can live without these features. The biggest disappointment is the rust!! We received it on Feb. 27th and it's March 9th today. I didn't even set it up for a few days due to a busy schedule. So approximately a week of use and there's already a fair bit of rust appearing on one joint. Obviously, I'm concerned about how long this will last if it's already rusting. Design, very good. I had an issue with my initial order where two of the nuts were not able to tighten completely to allow the rack to be 100% securely fastened in. While I was disappointed in the quality issue, customer service was incredibly prompt and courteous and sent me an entire new dish rack free of charge (they said they couldn’t just send me new nuts and screws). So I appreciated that; the replacement came promptly. Ultimately, we tried the dish rack for a couple of days and realized it is not big enough for our personal needs; we are a family of four who cook quite a bit and there’s just not enough places to put silverware, cutting knives, multiple cutting boards, or some of our other regularly used items. This would be a great product for 1-2 person household or a family who doesn’t cook a whole lot; it just wasn’t for us. ... show more

I purchased this drying rack to replace my bamboo drying rack that was starting to grow mold ( no matter how often it was cleaned). The rack was easy to assemble and is a true space saver! I can fit a good amount of dishes and flatware on it without over stacking. My only real complaint is that the plastic piece that is supposed to drain the water does not fit properly. It didn't click in easily and when it did, it pushed the side up so that it was angled wrong and wouldn't drain. I ended up just using a shallow lid under the drain hole to catch the water. If that feature could be redesigned to actually work I would give it 5 stars! ... show more

I had a dingy small dish rack and it made my kitchen look cluttered. Upgraded to this and it made a big difference. This is so sturdy and looks nice. I don’t have a dish washer so the extra space is great. Wish I would have bought it sooner.

I’ve had this for awhile now and no rust or anything! It’s super easy to but together and it is very sturdy! I don’t really see a way to use the cutting board part though as it hangs over the edge for water to drip on the counter. The rest is perfect. As long as you keep it clean it’s great!

I took away one star because the spoon holder is like stupidly small. I like the slot feature but seriously, I would have been fine with a bigger spoon gold rather than the knives slots. I ended up returning because I couldn’t get over it. Other wise, it was almost the perfect solution.
