    • uncomfortable and stopped working after 2 months
I work for tech support at home and this headset was one of the few that worked with the Remote System we were using, The mic stopped working after 2 months. very disappointed, its also very uncomfortable and hurts my ears after few hours of wearing it.

Are use this headset to teach ESL online classes. They are a little tight on my head but they have loosened some with time. They are very noise canceling and can make your ears a little sweaty. I take them off for a few minutes every hour and they seem fine. I love the volume buttons on the control however I wish there was a way to know if you hit the mute button for sound coming into the headset. There is a light showing that you muted your speech but not muted the speech of the person on the other side. ... show more

I work from home and it is very important that I have a noise cancelling headset. I have had many headsets that after a couple of months wear down and wires come loose or breakdown. This headset is by far, well built and uses higher grade material.
