The price is great. Mixes well and easy to clean. The attachments go on easy and come off easy. The bowl size is perfect for a cake or batch of cookies. It stays in place while mixing. My only complaint is that it is loud. The material is great quality and looks great on the counter.

Comes with 2 bowls, a very handy splash guard, and 3 types of beaters. Does good with heavy doughs, and whips light batters and eggs nicely. Love the true red color. Very happy with this purchase.

So far, I like this product. Easy to set up and use. Have only made a few things so far but plan to make bread and cookies next. Since I have arthritis in my hands, it makes mixing so much easier.

I SENT THE FOLLOWING EMAIL TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT support@kitcheninthebox.com ON SUNDAY, 12/08/2024, AT 7:45pm, AND HAVE HEARD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BACK AS OF 5PM ON TUESDAY, 12/10/2024 - THEY SAID THAT I WOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL REPLY WITHIN 24 HOURS..... Hello, I need some help please. Yesterday I used my new mixer for the second time. I was making sugar cookies to decorate for the holidays. I used the Flat Beater attachment and now I can’t get the attachment to come out. I had no problem using the Egg Whisk attachment. That attachment was extremely easy to install and remove and I really appreciate that! The silver part that is attached to the actual mixer itself is turning too when I try to turn the attachment to remove it, per my attached photo, so it will not come out. This is the first mixer that I’ve ever had of my own. I ordered it from Amazon. I do like that it’s lightweight and I love the blue color. However, there’s no turn table like my mother’s mixer has. Also, whatever ingredients you are trying to mix together using this mixer get stuck on the sides and on the bottom of both of the mixing bowls. It’s extremely difficult to add any ingredients into the mixer as there is barely any room whatsoever to do so no matter whether the top of the mixer is down or lifted up. I just bought this mixer from Amazon at the end of November 2024, as I was asked to make my mother’s pecan pie for Thanksgiving. I am very disappointed that it is so difficult to add ingredients and that the ingredients are sticking to the sides and the bottom of both mixing bowls. Then, to top it all off, the dang attachment is stuck and I can’t get it out. If I want to use my brand new mixer again, I am stuck with this one attachment and the splash guard is stuck on there too now because it can’t be removed either now unless I ever figure out how to remove the dang attachment first! Please help me or even better, please give me a refund as I am extremely disappointed. I want a mixer that works well. This mixer needs to be engineered in a much better way in my opinion. I look forward to receiving a reply. Thank you for your help. ... show more
