Unlike other waist trainers they have a small velcro section which fits nicely and doesn't scratch your skin on the edges. I wish the velcro was just about 3 to 4 inches wider. But not to the end.

This is not like the usual ones I get that stretch. This is very rigid and doesn’t allow me to get it as tight as I would normally wear. I do like the silver lining, I think it creates more sweat. If this stretched it would be more comfortable.
