This is a softer mattress than expected, but it is extremely comfortable. No weird smells. When we opened the vacuum-packed plastic wrapping, it didn't spring forth like a lion and damage my home or my glasses, but it definitely went from tightly-packed to mattress-sized rather quickly. Mattress was easy to unpack and decompress. It’s best to use it a day or two after to give it time to get fuller. Pretty surprised how comfortable this is. It isn’t a purple mattress or anything, but it definitely is better than my old one and that one cost me a good 1200. This is cheaper than my old one and is much better so I feel like it’s worth the price. It fits my frame nicely and I do have to get bigger sheets for thick mattress, but it’s okay. The color was great it looks good. It came fast. It was easy to take out of the box and the quality. I slept so good last night.
