I say this without shame and with more than a trace of vanity, thie Kiehl product really works to reduce wrinkles for a 24 hr. period without irritation or discoloring of the skin. The only wrinkle reduction product I use or trust. HOWEVER, avoid accessing this product from the Kiehl phone/online site--horrible sites: uninformed, confused and rude 'call agents' who, because they couldn't 'locate' the product on their site, insisted it didn't exist, and that I was being uninformed and difficult. I insisted it did because I was staring at it online. They became abusive and indicated they would report me, and this after nearly an hour! I went to the Amazon site, found the product, ordered it, and all within one minute!!!!! ... show more

I have been using this product for years. When I saw it on Amazon, I decided to order it, however, as soon as I received it I noticed the color was different. I decided to try it anyway but the quality was not the same - this did absolutely nothing for my skin. I will go back to buying it directly at the store so I know that I’m getting a quality product.
