She loves it and so do I! 1. It’s lightweight and the perfect size for small hands. 2. It’s the only phone I’ve found that is an actual touch screen! It does everything advertised - takes pictures, videos, recordings, has games and the alphabet and stories, songs, a clock, timer, an app the says different countries, a flashlight, and a few more I’m probably forgetting. 3. It’s easy to use and charges fast. There are also volume buttons! Stays charged for a few days of use. 4. Bought 3 of these phones for different aged kids. they loved them. They liked the idea of having a phone that did actual functions. Parents like because no internet access to worry about. It's just creative play. Picture quality not the best but good enough for kids. Age appropriate is a stretch for a 9 year old and older, but if they have younger siblings it seems to work out ok for playing with each other. This was purchased for my 5 year old. So many options for entertaining her. Has plenty of games and she especially loves the camera. Sizing is smaller than a current iPhone (think iPhone 5) and has been very sturdy (even when dropped). I think the only thing I can’t figure out is how to decrease the volume (audiologist here). UPDATING MY REVIEW: we were able to get a refund and ordered a new one. Giving 4 stars now for great customer service! Was fun while it lasted. We charged it fully, my daughter played with it for a few days until it died. Charged it again, and this keeps popping up. I have taken out and put back the memory card multiple times. Reset multiple times. And we cannot get past this page. So no way to use it now. I was going to buy another for my son but won't waste my money now. ... show more
