I bought this to use as a purse, noting it's size. I have a lot of stuff I need to carry around for work and it hold it all with no signs of stress on the stitching. I didn't notice how many separate compartments it had, which was a nice surprise. The straps are thick, so carrying a bit of weight in it doesn't stress out my shoulders over time. The design actually looks better than advertised. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. Just keep in mind THIS IS NOT A FULL SIZE BACKPACK. Don’t get the toddler one if you are thinking about using for anything besides a change of clothes, a towel, and water bottle on side. It will be completely full with that. I bought it to use for a 4 yr old and hopefully transition to kindergarten. It won’t fit a folder inside of it, so it’s really just a “fun” bag. We gave this backpack as a present for our 2yr old neighbor he liked it. We were impressed by the quality of the pack and the graphics were very cute who does not like a T-Rex in sun glasses. It was also the perfect size for him.

So far I love this backpack! Perfect size for my 2 1/2 year old. He loves putting his trucks in it and it seems really durable so far (he's a very rough toddler). I will update if anything changes but I highly recommend!

perfect size for our 4-year old. Fits what he needs to take to day-care (ok, not if I have to add winter boots, but all the rest from hat, gloves, blanket, snow pants and bottle) while still the right size for him to carry comfortably.
